Vendors pay a one time $40 flat fee for one 8×10 space for the duration of the event on both Saturday and Sunday. We are seeking vendors that are somehow affiliated with travel, different languages, or different cultures. If you are not sure if you qualify, please reach out to us on the contact page before applying and paying your fee here.
This $40 fee is non-refundable if your application is denied, but no additional fees are required to participate if your application is approved. We are happy to review your information and grant you pre-approval before you fill out this form, please use the “contact” tab to touch base with us first.
We have space for 4 food carts in our outdoor courtyard area, just outside of the event. There is no fee to bring your food cart to our event and we do not take a percentage of your sales. If you are interested in setting up at our event, please fill out the form below for approval.
